Having launched her eponymous label back in 2008 (with the arrival of the bridal studio following later in 2015) Hermione de Paula is celebrated across the industry for her truly heart-stoppingly romantic bridal designs. Endlessly inspired by a signature blend of exotic and traditional, not to mention the whimsical nature of English florals, it’s easy to see why so many brides fall for the luxury label’s botancial-infused, hand-crafted aisle-worthy creations.
There’s always a certain magic that arrives with every collection Hermione de Paula unveils – seeping from every ruffle, bustle and flutter sleeve – and virēre is no different. The new collection arrives in a whirlwind of hand-painted peplums and bustles, beaded capes and caplets, removable puff and flutter sleeves and burgeoning 3D florals and silk bouquets. It’s almost as though the botanicals on her designs continue to grow and thrive, weaving elegantly through the seams, long after the final finishing touches have been added.
