Our website, yourdaymagazine.com uses another third party service called fuelthemes.net. Fuel Themes is fully compliant with the new GDPR data regulations and you can view their Privacy Policy here

Our website dockstreetcreative.com uses the third party service wix.com.

Our wordpress.org site yourdaymagazine.com uses 3rd party hosted services including wordpress.org, Bluehost, Code Snippets, Contact Form 7, MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress, Preorders for WooCommerce, The Issue – Required Plugin, User Profile Picture, WooCommerce, WPBakery Page Builder, Yoast SEO and other appropriate plugins as and when they arise to create a tailored website for you and to be able to offer you our magazine subscription service.

Stripe is a key service provider for our subscription process. Your personal data is securely stored on here. 

We use the traffic stats tool, Google Analytics in order to create a tailored website for you. Our data retention for Google Analytics – that is associated with cookies, user identifiers, or advertising identifiers – is set to 38 months. If you do not interact with the site: yourdaymagazine.com during this period of time, your data will automatically be wiped from our system.

To mail out your subscription in the future we may use our mailing house and printers which are also GDPR compliant.

Cookies:

Our websites, yourdaymagazine.com, enkimagazine.com and dockstreetcreative.com use cookies in order to deliver their services and measure traffic. Cookies are essential for the effective operation of our websites. Cookies collect information about your browsing and behaviour when you access our websites via the same computer or device. This can included information regarding the pages you visited, the products that you purchased and your path around our website. We do not use Cookies to collect any data regarding your name, address or any other contact details. Please be aware that you are able to disable cookies.

Other third parties:

If we were to collaborate with a third party we would contact you directly and not share your data with them.

Aside from our service providers we’ll never disclose your information to anyone else, except from:

Subscription Process:

When we take a subscription payment over the phone your details will be input directly into the online system. No payment details will be noted down anywhere in any form except within this secure digital format. If the system fails during the process, we will then request your name and phone number in order to call back and attempt the procedure again.

All Dock Street Creative Production employees have been made aware of this process to comply with GDPR data regulations and will follow this procedure at all times.

Where and how we store your data:

We store your data in two secure locations and it is fully encrypted with limited and password protected access by only the relevant personnel.

Opting out:

You have the right to opt out of receiving any promotional materials/our newsletter at any time. You can do this by:

  1. Making use of the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our newsletter emails.
