When signing up to a Dock Street Creative Productions subscription it is the customer’s responsibility to have read and agreed to the full terms and conditions as detailed below.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

By taking out a subscription with Dock Street Creative Productions (who publish Your Day) you are entering into a contract and will be bound by our terms and conditions as outlined below.

Once you have submitted your details to us, we will send you through an acknowledgement. This doesn’t necessarily mean we have accepted your order. We officially accept your order when we charge you or dispatch the magazine(s) for your first order.

The length of your subscription term may vary, the minimum term being one quarter, and will be on your acknowledgment order. You can also check with us if you are unsure.

DELIVERY

We will deliver the magazines to the address you supply us with when you place your order. All subscription orders will start with the next available issue, please allow up to six weeks for delivery (eight weeks if you are overseas). All individual copies will be the copy specified on the order and will be sent out as soon as possible by the delivery method chosen. We will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines. Replacement copies will be delivered on receipt of payment for all costs attributed to the resending of the copy in question. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details. In the instance of duplicate subscriptions being set up, please contact subscriptions@yourdaymagazine.com within four weeks of receipt of your duplicate magazines for a refund. Duplicate copies of the magazine will need to be returned before a refund is given.

We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:

• Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.

• Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

Signed up for our 1 year recurring subscription? You can cancel your recurring 1 year recurring subscription at any time. To do so, write to us at: Christies Warehouse, 5 Wherry Quay, Ipswich, IP4 1AS, or email us at subscriptions@yourdaymagazine.com.

If you purchase a quarterlysubscription your minimum term is 1 issue. If you change your mind please contact us to cancel at: Christies Warehouse, 5 Wherry Quay, Ipswich, IP4 1AS, or email us at subscriptions@yourdaymagazine.com

These terms and conditions replace all original terms and conditions. However, we will honour the terms and conditions in place on the date of purchase. If you have any queries please email subscriptions@yourdaymagazine.com

SUBSCRIPTION TERM

If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
